Peter Bishop, Group Director - Design, Development & Environment at the London Development Agency, discusses plans for the Spotted Dog, 212 Upton Lane, Newham, with HOLT Ops Projects Organiser Laura Norris. The Spotted Dog, once a popular pub, dates back to 1420 and is possibly the oldest secular building in the East End of London. HOLT Ops and Newham Council are currently looking at possible options for the long-term regeneration of the Spotted Dog.
